Cold Email Grader

Paste an email. Get a score out of 100, the specific lines that are hurting it, and a rewrite. The score appears immediately, with no signup.

One thing most graders will not tell you: the biggest drivers of whether your email lands are invisible in the text. Authentication, domain reputation, and list quality matter more than any wording choice. This tool scores what it can see and is explicit about the rest.

Merge tags like {{first_name}} are fine. We do not store what you paste.

How the grader works

What you give it

One cold email: the subject line and the whole body, including your sign-off. Merge tags like {{first_name}} are fine.

How it scores

Fixed rules score five parts, in your browser: deliverability signals (30 points), personalisation (25), clarity of the ask (20), length and scannability (15), and the subject line (10). The rules look at links, words in capitals, exclamation marks, an opt-out line, generic openers, questions, vague asks, word count and subject length. Common spam words cost very little, because filters weigh sender reputation far more than vocabulary. The same email always gets the same score.

What you get

A score out of 100 and a grade: Strong at 85 or more, Decent at 70, Needs work at 50, Weak at 30, and Start over below 30. Each part shows its points and the lines that cost them. Then an AI model writes a review that quotes your text, says what to change first, and rewrites the email. The model explains the score. It does not set it.

What it cannot see

Whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass on your sending domain, your domain age, sending volume and complaint rate, and whether the addresses on your list exist. These matter more than the wording, and none of them is in pasted text. It also cannot tell whether your claim is true and relevant to the person who gets the email.

Cost

Free, with no account and no email. We send the email you paste to the AI model to write the review, and we do not store it.
