We build the systems your revenue team runs on
We build the data layer underneath your revenue team, the automation on top of it, the assistants your reps actually use, and reporting that survives a board meeting. That discipline is revenue systems engineering. Some people call it GTM engineering. Same work either way.
Most engagements start in one area and expand into the others, because they are connected. Automation built on data nobody trusts just produces wrong answers faster.
Revenue data & intelligence
The layer everything else reads from.
Your CRM, lead sources, sales process and ICP criteria unified into something a workflow can actually query. Deduplication, enrichment coverage, field hygiene, and a definition of "qualified" that means the same thing to everyone.
- · CRM cleanup and deduplication
- · Enrichment pipelines that run on every new record
- · A single ICP definition applied consistently
- · Data flowing between tools without manual export
Automation & AI agents
What runs without a human.
Routing, enrichment, qualification, follow-up. The parts that should happen in seconds and currently happen when someone remembers. Includes the unglamorous bits most builds skip: what happens after hours, when the owner is away, and when the same person submits twice.
- · Lead routing with real fallback paths
- · Automated enrichment and scoring on arrival
- · Follow-up sequences that end cleanly
- · Agents for research, drafting, and triage
Sales enablement & AI assistants
What makes the humans better.
Not a content library. Assistive tooling that removes the work reps do before they can sell: pre-call briefs, meeting prep and follow-up, asset and sequence generation drawn from your own context rather than a generic template.
- · Pre-call briefs generated from your data
- · Meeting prep and post-call summaries
- · Proposal and sequence generation
- · Internal answer bots over your own material
Analytics & forecasting
What actually happened.
The most common thing we hear is that nobody trusts the number in the CRM, and someone keeps a spreadsheet they trust more. That is a data problem wearing a reporting costume. We fix the inputs, then build reporting worth reading.
- · Stage-rot and pipeline hygiene detection
- · Forecasts built from rules you can read
- · Attribution that survives scrutiny
- · Reporting nobody needs to shadow in a spreadsheet
What a project looks like
- A call. Thirty minutes, no deck. Mostly us asking how the work runs today.
- A written scope. What gets built, what it costs, how long, and what is explicitly not included. If we do not think it is worth building, that is what the document says.
- The build. In your stack, using your tools. You get the code and the credentials, so nothing is hostage to us staying involved.
- Handover. Documentation, and a walkthrough with whoever will own it.
We run this ourselves
The enquiry form on this site is built the way we build for clients, so you can see the work before you buy it. Every one of these is running right now:
- 01Enquiries are enriched as they arrive with location, timezone, network and the campaign or page that brought someone here, then stored somewhere searchable rather than an inbox.
- 02They route to Slack in about a second, at any hour, with no one watching a tab.
- 03A booked call is tied back to the enquiry that produced it, so the calendar and the form are one record instead of two.
- 04Which enquiries booked, and which did not, is visible in one place. The ones that did not are the interesting half.
It is the same four areas above, at the smallest useful scale. If we would not run something here, we will not sell it to you.
What we don't do
- ·Publish a price list. Quoting before knowing what is broken produces either an inflated number or a scope fight later. Scope is discussed on the call.
- ·Resell software. No affiliate relationships with any tool, ever. If the honest answer is that you do not need what we build, you will hear it.
- ·Sell you an agent when you have a data problem. Order matters. Fix the layer first.
- ·Staff augmentation or ongoing managed service. We build it, document it, and hand it over.
You own what we build
It runs in your stack, on your tools, and you get the code and the credentials. Nothing is hostage to us staying involved.
