How the grader works
What you give it
Answers to five questions about how you handle inbound leads, then your industry, monthly inbound leads and average deal size. Last, your name and work email, with company optional.
How it scores
Each answer carries fixed points. Response Speed is worth 30, Lead Qualification 20, CRM Enrichment 20, Follow-Up 15 and Analytics 15, for a total out of 100. 85 or more is Elite, 65 or more is Strong, 40 or more is Average, 20 or more is Below Average, and below 20 is Critical. These rules set the score, not the AI model.
What you get
A written diagnosis from an AI model, built on your score: your weakest area, an estimate of revenue at risk, what is broken, and what to do about it this month. The estimate multiplies your monthly leads and deal size by a fixed loss rate for your score band, from 10 percent at Elite to 85 percent at Critical, and counts 60 percent of that as recoverable. These rates are fixed assumptions. We have no published study behind them, so read the result as a rough size, not a measurement.
What it cannot see
Your inbox, your CRM, or your real reply times. It reads nothing outside your answers, so the score and the estimate are only as accurate as what you tell it. To measure your real reply time, use the Inbound Response Test.
Cost
Free, with no account. The diagnosis needs your name and work email. We store your answers and your score, and the written diagnosis with them.
