What we store, and why
Last updated 21 October 2026. Questions or a deletion request: team@salesintelligenceexperts.com.
The short version
- We do not sell data, and we have no advertising or affiliate partners.
- Analytics are cookieless (Plausible). We set no tracking or advertising cookies, only two functional ones, listed below.
- The tools store what you enter so a result can be linked and so we can measure whether the tool works. We delete it when you ask.
What each part stores
Contact form and bookings
Your name, email, company, website and what you write. With it, the country and city Cloudflare reports for your request and how you first arrived at the site (kept only for that browser tab until you submit). Bookings made through Cal.com send us the booking details.
Free tools
What you enter and the result: the site you scanned, the answers you gave a self-assessment, and the company you asked to brief. If you ask for a written report or a notification, your email. A cold email you paste for grading is sent to the AI model to write the report and is not stored. The Inbound Response Test also stores the domain you verified, the IP address that started the test (to stop abuse), the address we wrote to, and the time and first lines of the reply.
Deal pages
The brand kit and the page content you publish, including your name, role and email and the prospect company's name. A one-way hash of your IP address that changes every day, used only to apply the free plan's daily publishing limit. Free pages are taken offline after 30 days. The private stats link's key is stored only as a one-way hash.
If you read a deal page someone sent you: the page says that its sender can see when it is opened. We record that it was opened, when, and whether it was read for 30 seconds, against a one-way hash of your IP address and browser. We do not store the IP address itself, and the sender never sees who you are from us.
Usage allowance, sign-in and Pro
To count free briefs and drafts, we record each one with a random id kept in a cookie (six_anon) and a one-way hash of
your IP address that changes every month. If you sign in, we store your email, when you signed in, and your plan; a second cookie
(six_user) keeps you signed in for 90 days. Sign-in links are stored only as a one-way hash and work once. If you buy
Pro, Polar handles the payment and tells us your subscription status, its renewal date and their customer id for you. We never
see your card.
MCP server
The brand tools store nothing about the caller. A brief is counted against the shared daily allowance for agents, with a one-way hash of the caller's IP address that changes every month. Publishing a deal page through it stores the same as publishing on the site.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and runs the AI model (Workers AI) that writes briefs, reports and drafts. Your input is sent to that model to produce your result.
- Plausible counts page views without cookies or personal data.
- Slack receives a notice of new enquiries and tool requests, so we can reply.
- Cal.com handles bookings.
- Polar handles Pro payments, as the seller of record.
How long we keep it
Free deal pages go offline after 30 days. Everything else is kept until you ask us to delete it, and we will delete it within 30 days of the request.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to team@salesintelligenceexperts.com. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
