What these cover

The free tools on salesintelligenceexperts.com, the MCP server at mcp.salesintelligenceexperts.com, and the Pro plan. By using them you agree to these terms. Project work we do for a client runs on its own signed agreement instead.

Using the tools

• Use them for your own sales work. Do not use them to send spam, to impersonate another company, or to publish anything unlawful, misleading or that you have no right to use.
• Scan and brief only public websites. Do not try to get around the rate limits or the monthly allowance, for example with many accounts.
• Results come from public pages and an AI model, and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything before you rely on it or say it to a prospect.
• We can change, limit or stop a tool, and we can remove a deal page or close access that breaks these terms.

What you publish

A deal page is yours: you write and approve every field before it goes live, and you are responsible for it, including the right to use any logo, name, quote or number on it. You give us permission to host and show it for as long as it is live. Free pages go offline after 30 days. Remove a page at any time from its private stats link.

Pro

• Pro is a monthly subscription. Payment, tax and invoices are handled by Polar, our payment provider and the seller of record, under their terms.
• It renews each month until you cancel. Cancel from your account page at any time; Pro then runs to the end of the month you paid for.
• Allowances are listed on the pricing page. If we change the price, we tell Pro users by email before it applies.

No warranty, and limits

The tools are provided as they are, without any promise that they are error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lost deal, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy and changes

What we store is on the privacy page. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and Pro users get an email for a change that matters to them.
